About Pet Stop Rescue

Pet Stop Rescue is a non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to placing homeless and displaced
pets. Based in Ventura County, PSR focuses on improving and protecting the lives of animals. We rescue
animals from kill shelters, dangerous home situations as well remote locations where their families have
dumped them. We also help responsible families who find themselves in the difficult situation of needing
to re-home their pet. Most of our animals are in foster homes until ‘lifelong’ homes can be found for them.
Our volunteer fosters help us to socialize, train and rehabilitate these wonderful animals so that they can

The Rotary Club of Simi Sunset was chartered in May of 2002. Our club meets every Tuesday evening at 6:00 at the Grand Vista Hotel, 999 Enchanted Way, Simi Valley, CA  93065. Contact one of our members for more information.

Our club, like all Rotary clubs, meets for fellowship and to perform community, vocational, and international service projects. Community organizations we have supported include Nat’l Disaster Search Dog Foundation, Boys & Girls Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Reading by 9, senior assistance projects, Ventura Co. Fallen Firefighters, SV Police Foundation, YMCA, among so many others! Our International projects address the concerns of Water, Health, Hunger, and Literacy.
