 GOODY BAG INSERT

        Your company promotional item, whether a product sample, brochure or coupon,
        will be placed in all registrants' goody bags. Promote your product or service
        directly to a pet-friendly audience. Items must be received no later than Oct. 15.

SPONSOR AGREEMENT DOWNLOAD

Sponsors agree to provide financial sponsorship for the 2010 Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade on Sunday, October, 31, 2010. As a sponsor, it is understood that you will receive the applicable sponsorship opportunities described above. You further understand that these opportunities will not be valid until a signed agreement and check has been received to and accepted by
